William Preston, 21, killed himself and four passengers after slamming into a train while fleeing from police. Two of other victims were identified as William Richardson, 54, of Sanford and Jeffrey Daniels, 48, of Longwood. The identities of the other two victims were not immediately released.

Police reported that this was the second time on twentyfour hours that they tried to pull over the same vehicle. Seminole County authorities said they tried to stop the car ealier at 4:30 am. When the driver did not stop they decided not to chase him since the violation was not that severe.

Later on in the evening the police saw that same vehicle again. This time they decided to pursue it since the charges were just increasing. Attempting to block the car in, the driver William Preston drove erratically trying to avoid the officers. The officers then deployed stop sticks to try to flatten his tires. William Preston hit the stop sticks then slammed into a stopped train crushing his vehicle and killing everyone inside. An investigation is pending to determine ih alcohol or any other factor was invloved.

Note to self: when the police are trying to stop you, pull over. Prison is better than death!
