What makes the Dragon Millipede unique is it’s pink like color. Researchs say that the color is what protects the Dragon Millipede. Predators usually avoid bright pink creatures as it probably means that it is not edible and perhaps toxic.

It amazes me that there is a New Species Discovered list at all. There is so much that we still don’t know about this planet. We are finding new species every day as well as causing others to go extinct which is really the cycle of life. I hope to lean more about the new species to help us understand how our environmental practices casuse these new species to come about and how we can cause others to disappear.

The International Institute for Species Exploration at Arizona State University releases the list of New Species Discovered each year from a compilation of a bunch of different researchers around the world.

Ever since the same sex marriage law went into effect earlier this week, hoards of people, including many celebrities, have proceeded to get marriage licenses. When asked about the recent passing of the law, Star Trek alum George Takai said, ”May equality live long a prosper.

George Takai nor his partner Brad Altman said when or where their gay marriage would take place. One can only assume it will happen soon before the law is appealed. Opposers of the law plan to file an appeal to the same sex marriage law soon, which could cause a pause in the issuing of marriage licenses.

Ellen Degeneres was also rumored to have applied for a same sex marriage license to marry her long time girlfriend Portia de Rossi, however it has not been confirmed if they have picked up a marriage license as of yet.

It is interesting to see all those that have gone against opposition to show their love for earch other and move on with the union of their lives.

Tony Bailey went for his usual swim in the river. But due to recent heavy rains the water was choppier than usual and was pulled under. When Tony cried for help no one was around to hear his cries. Except for his black lab named Jake.

Jake jumped in the water swam over to Tony, let Tony grab onto him and then swam back to land. Tony Bailey’s mom Diane said that she was just amazed since Jake isn’t the most obedient dog. But it appears that in the sign of trouble, Jake knew what needed to be done. I imagine that Jake will never get yelled at again for causing mischief.

I have a yellow lab at home and can relate, my dog doesn’t listen or follow my commands, but at times she will amaze me with the little things that she does. I can only hope that should would come to my rescue in times of an emergency.

This is an interesting precedent to see what will happen in other states. I don’t necessairly have an opinion either way on this. I mean this is obviously a huge contradiction to many faiths versus others rights to certain freedoms. This debate like abortion has and will be around for many years to come until one side recognizes and accepts the other.

“Fuel-cell vehicles, which don’t use fossil fuels and don’t produce carbon dioxide, are necessary for the environment. We would like to make them more popular,” Honda Chief Executive Takeo Fukui said.

The main issue with fuel cell vehicles is the infrastructure for car owners to fill up and service their cars. As with any new technology this will take time to build out over the country.

Honda’s FCX Clarity uses a lithium-ion battery which allows it to run 385 miles on a single fuelling, and has a top speed of 99 mph. This is not bad considering I only get around 300 miles out of one take of gas.

With current gas prices, I am definetly looking forward to something like this. Only issue is, can you imagine the waiting list? And unless you are rich or famous, imagine getting one of these sometime in the year 2020!

The judge also signed a deal to pay the late billionaire’s two disinherited grandchildren $6 million. The grandchildren alleged that, at the time of the will signing, Leona Helmsley wasn’t mentally competent.

They also argued that Trouble, being a dog, won’t need all that money. And there is no way for a dog to will anything so that money would just be in limbo after the dogs death.

I hope these lawyers got paid well. Nothing like using American taxpayer’s money to faciliate a trial to take money willed to a dog. What the heck is this country coming to. It amazes me the uselessness of most trials these days. I bet if you listen really hard, you can hear Leona Helmsley laughing in her grave!! This has gotten me thinking that when I die, I am going to will my money to the broken piece of sidewalk in my front yard. Why not? I’ll let my kids fight it out!!

….Not Guilty. Can you beleive it? I thought for sure he was guilty. He has been acquitted on all charges of pornography and having sex with a minor. The minor now 23 did not testify in the case. I imagine that had something to do with it.

Of the 12 jurors, nine were men and three were women; eight were white and four were black. It will be interesting to see the jury interviews to see what they did or didn’t see that brought them to this verdict.
